Western Financial Group Inc. and its subsidiary, Bank West, announced today the completion of the acquisition
of AgriFinancial Canada Corp. ("AgriFinancial") from C.A. Bancorp Inc. (TSXBKP) and Sentry Select Total Strategy Fund
(TSX-TSF.UN). AgriFinancial is a leading lender specializing in agribusinesses in Western Canada, including more than
25,000 farmers who carry AgriFinancial's AgriCard - a specialty credit card accepted by more than 750 dealers and
merchants. AgriFinancial is now an operating unit within Bank West.

On September 11, 2008, C.A. Bancorp Inc. and Western
Financial Group Inc. announced that they have entered
an agreement where Western Financial will acquire AgriFinancial
Canada Corp. This transaction is expected to close during
the fourth quarter of 2008.

services firm based in High River, Alberta and is a

2009 Annual General Meeting & Convention

The Canada West Equipment Dealers Association held their annual General Meeting and Convention in Regina, Saskatchewan.
This 68th annual event continued to recognize achievements of outstanding dealers, establish new contacts and discuss the important
issues facing the farm industry today. In addition, the convention focused on service and service management in this ever-changing market.
AgriCard partnered with Brandt Agricultural Products Ltd. to host an entertaining evening of refreshments and an opportunity to
test one's knowledge as a contestant on the Jeparody game show. The real-life atmosphere of the show proved to be enjoyable long into
the night!
